Holiday Kindness: Easy Ways to Spread Hope This Holiday

Happy December 1st, Friends! I’m so excited to bring back the Ripple of Hope Movement with 25 Days of Kindmas! As the holidays draw nearer, I find myself reflecting on the true meaning of the season. The holidays are my favourite time of year, but the older I get, the more aware I am that this season can be tough for so many.

For lots of people, the holidays bring up heavy feelings of struggle, grief, and loneliness. Because of this, I find myself looking for ways to make this time of year easier, brighter, and better for others. This is what inspired my 25 Days of Kindmas Campaign!

Now more than ever, we need to put kindness out into the world to help foster community, offer support, and build hope for those who need it most. With that in mind, let’s get into the 25 Days of Kindmas!

Each day of December leading up to Christmas, I will be posting a kindness challenge on my Instagram with two options (one that is low-cost and one that is more resource-based). I will also be vlogging my acts of kindness on TikTok! So make sure to follow me there to join in on the challenge and see what kindness I get up to!

If you want to create your own 25 Days of Kindmas, here are 30 low-cost and 30 resource-based random acts of kindness ideas that you can mix and match into your own Kindmas advent calendar!
