Hello Friends,
I’m back and here to help you ring in the new year in a way that serves you! Going into a new year can feel overwhelming. With resolutions, goals, nerves, dreams, and worries about the year ahead swirling around, it can be a lot to take in.
Reflect on the Past Year – If looking to the new year ahead is causing you distress, take time to focus on the past year. Look back on the past year and acknowledge all you did, learned, experienced, and accomplished. Even if all you did in 2024 was survive, that is enough!
Set New Intentions – Your goal in setting intentions for the new year should be to set yourself up for success. So don’t overcommit and do not set unreasonable goals. Instead, focus on small changes and intentions. Prioritize small things you can do consistently over big things that could burn you out. Small, consistent steps will give you much better results in the end and will likely also be less overwhelming to deal with.
Embrace a Fresh Start – You have the opportunity to make this year whatever you want, so strive for whatever will make you happy. Dive into the things you have always wanted to do. Embrace the fact that the new year is a new start.
Break the Year Down – If looking at the whole year feels like too much, break it down. Set an intention for the first month, week, or day of the year. Remember that even though the year is changing, not everything needs to or will change. Take in as much as you are comfortable with and focus on that.
Happy New Year, My Friends! I wish you a year full of happiness, health, and love! I have so much exciting content coming in 2025, including a new series starting on my social media platforms tomorrow, so make sure to follow me and subscribe to keep up with it!

Until Next Year, My Friends!
